They deliver prescription based correction closely matching the criteria of traditional UCBL devices. littleSteps provide an affordable alternative to custom orthoses, with same-day dispensing facilitating early intervention. littleSteps orthoses are designed to improve coordination, balance, pain, posture, and strength, and aid in the development of a more stable and functional gait. These orthoses feature a 30mm heel cup depth, a medial heel skive, and high medial and lateral sidewall flanges. Sizing ranges from a toddler’s 7.5 through a child’s 4.5 (euro sizes 23-36), suiting most children up to age 12.
